About the Role
We’re seeking a

Creative Director

to lead the creative vision for immersive eLearning experiences developed for major automotive brands. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end creative direction of digital learning programs—including course visuals, video, motion design, and interactive elements—ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and brand-aligned learner experience.

You’ll partner closely with instructional designers, strategists, and production teams to translate learning objectives into compelling creative solutions. The ideal candidate is both a visionary thinker and a hands-on creative leader who can bring ideas to life in ways that are not only visually striking, but also effective in driving learning and engagement.

Have experience leading creative for training experiences across in-person, blended, and eLearning environments
Bring a strong point of view on design, storytelling, motion, and user experience

Thrive in concept development and can articulate ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
Balance innovation with usability, accessibility, and learning effectiveness
Have a strong portfolio showcasing training-focused creative work, including digital, motion, and/or interactive work
Stay ahead of learning experience, design, and technology trends, with a focus on driving engagement and effectiveness
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Lead creative direction for eLearning courses and digital training experiences
Develop and oversee concepts for visuals, video, motion, and interactive components
Ensure alignment between creative execution, brand standards, and learning objectives
Collaborate closely with instructional designers to bring content to life in engaging ways
Guide and mentor designers, motion artists, and other creative team members
Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients
Oversee the creative process from concept through final production
Partner with producers and developers to ensure high-quality execution across platforms
Contribute to the evolution of Apex’s digital and learning-focused creative capabilities

Required:
Instructional design and eLearning expertise
Interactive design, UX/UI, and digital product expertise
