Client Service Associate, CSA for Wealth Management Firm
Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: In Office
Compensation: $60K to $75K plus performance-based bonus

Client Service Associate Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support all aspects of client service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced advisory environment, enjoys interacting with clients, and takes pride in accuracy and follow through.

The Client Service Associate will collaborate closely with advisors to ensure clients feel well supported, paperwork is handled accurately and efficiently, and the overall service experience consistently reflects the firm's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate
Client Service Excellence
• Implement and manage all client service activity across investment and insurance accounts, including new account openings, ACATS, and money movements.
• Deliver an experience that exceeds client expectations and ensure clients feel prioritized and exceptionally well supported
• Provide weekly status updates on new business including investments, insurance, and service requests
Meeting Preparation and Research
• Prepare materials and documentation for quarterly and annual client reviews
• Independently research client questions before escalating
• Maintain updated service checklists and written procedures
Team Support and Process Improvement
• Train administrative staff on firm wide service policies as needed
• Strengthen workflows and service processes ; Ideas are welcome!
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards across the organization

Qualifications of the Client Service Associate
• Minimum 2 years of client service or operations experience within an RIA, broker dealer, financial advisory practice, and/or wealth management firm
• Working knowledge of investments and insurance
• Familiarity with Envestnet, RightCapital, and Redtail CRM or similar preferred
• Technologically savvy with strong database and web navigation skills
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations, exercise sound judgment, and go beyond basic task execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building ability
• Demonstrated ability to research thoroughly and work independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and prevent issues before they arise
• Experience designing, improving, and maintaining systems and workflows is a plus

Knowledge to Be Developed
• Mastery of required forms and compliance submission processes
• Proficiency in the firm's financial planning software and Redtail CRM
• Full understanding of firm service procedures
• Insurance license required within the first year
