Training & Scheduling:
Training (6 Weeks): Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CST/9am-6pm EST (Hybrid).
Post-Training: Must be available for any assigned shift between 7am - 8pm CST/8am-9pm EST.
Note: Shifts are determined by a bid process; new hires should expect later shifts.

Manage 25-30 calls/day resolving complex property tax and mortgage issues.
Navigate up to 10 systems simultaneously with high accuracy.
Maintain top-tier quality scores and schedule adherence.
Qualifications
Experience:
1+ years in customer support.
Skills:
35+ WPM typing speed and proficiency in MS Office.
Setup:
Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet.
