Shift:
6 am - 2:30 pm, Mon - Fri (OT as needed)

1+ years of Receiver experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent.
Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner to fellow team members and customers.
Excellent data entry skills.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel.
Strong customer service skills.
Close attention to detail and thoroughness in approach with all paperwork.
Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. with assistance.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and monitoring inbound deliveries.
Receiving BOLs from all delivery drivers, verifying that the quantities match the Receiving Document.
Creating and scanning receiving documents.
Checking and recording the quantity of the merchandise for conformity to purchase orders and specifications.
Logging and tracking all problems relating to receiving, contacting all parties involved to ensure each is aware of the problem.
Reconciling purchase orders.
Administering store invoices.
Accurately inputting a high volume of data on various spreadsheets concerning incoming and outgoing merchandise in a timely manner.
Recording and reporting shortages and discrepancies.
Communicates efficiently and concisely over the phone, in person, and through e-mail to coordinate returns, rejections, and credits.
Ensures friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
