Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Responsibilities
Risk Reporting and Compliance Initiatives
Developed and delivered ad hoc reports for Risk Working Group (Risk WG) and EROC, including tracking of KPIs and KRIs.
Executed audit and regulatory compliance responses.
Crafted and reviewed organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Executed the full TPRM lifecycle, encompassing onboarding due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding processes.
Monitored issue management inventory, directed remediation efforts, and ensured proper closure of issues.
Performed onsite assessments and reported on critical third-party risk mitigation strategies.
Product Risk Assessments and Model Risk Management
Analyzed product risk assessments, facilitated business workshops, and generated comprehensive risk reports.
Monitored issue management inventory and supervised remediation activities.
Conducted control analysis and documentation within Model Risk Management processes.
Enterprise Risk Assessment program, overseeing business submissions and coordinating critical challenge sessions.
Developed and reviewed risk models and implemented Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes.
Identified and escalated control deficiencies and significant operational risks.
Systems and Tool Implementation
Served on the ServiceNow Advisory Council, contributing to strategic decisions.
Executed functionality testing, smoke testing, data migration reconciliation, and documentation for ServiceNow implementation.
Managed end-of-life processes and transitions for the Resolver application.
Delivered consultative services to the Regology team as needed.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree required
Risk Assessment – interview/support the lead XFN interviews and using risk information tools
Assist in collating data/summarizing for eventual sharing
GoogleSheets proficiency
Risk Mgt background

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is
$50.00 - $55.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
