Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Worcester, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Call Center Agent to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Worcester, MA

Facility Type: Community Behavioral Health Center

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks to start - likelihood of extension

Hours: Days, Evenings and Nights available, 5x8's or 4x10's

40 hours per week guarnteed
Flexibility is key with this position, as the hours could change
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology or related field required
Direct experience in behavioral health crisis settings, including real-time de-escalation, high-acuity call handling
Epic EMR experience required
Pay Rate:

$30/hr
