Hybrid - CHARLOTTE, NC
Onsite expectation:
3 days onsite per week
Pay range : $53.13 - $56.13/HR
Contract Length:
12 months

Job Description
Data Integrations Analyst will support data integration of nCino origination system. The ideal candidate has strong data profiling experience, understands data quality controls, and can translate findings into actionable insights. Experience with nCino or commercial lending systems is a strong plus.
Must Have
5+ years of experience
in data analysis, data integration, or related roles.
Extensive SQL experience
across multiple platforms
Ability to
read, interpret, and analyze complex SQL
(no coding required, but must understand logic deeply).
Database skills - Oracle, Teradata, or SQL Server.
Strong understanding of
data models, schemas, primary keys, joins, and relational database concepts
.
Experience with
performance tuning
or understanding query performance considerations.
Experience with
data profiling, data mining, and data reconciliation
.
Ability to
trace data flows across systems
and identify where data breaks or changes.
Strong understanding of
data quality controls
(null checks, constraints, keys, validation rules).
Experience analyzing production issues and performing
root
cause analysis
.
Background in
banking, lending, or commercial loan systems
.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
nCino
(major plus).
Experience with
Copilot
or AI assisted analysis tools (daily usage).
Soft Skills
Highly curious about how things work.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and business partners.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify the right contacts and navigate complex organizations.
Ability to escalate appropriately and identify risks.
Day-to-Day
The analyst will identify data attributes, understand data flows, reconcile discrepancies, and support both project based integrations and production issues. This role requires someone who is naturally curious, highly detail oriented, and comfortable navigating large datasets and complex SQL logic (including multi thousand line queries).
Data mining, profiling, scrubbing, and mapping
across multiple systems and databases.
Analyze complex SQL queries
(including 4,000+ line scripts) to understand logic, data flows, and transformations.
Investigate data quality issues
-identify root causes, trace data lineage, and determine why fields are missing, incomplete, or inconsistent.
Perform data reconciliation
between systems (e.g., iHub, LIQ, nCino, other internal platforms).
Support production issues
by logging in, analyzing data discrepancies, and determining what changed and why.
Document findings
and provide recommendations for remediation or process improvements.
