8:00am – 4:30pm EST

9:30am – 6:00pm EST

What You Need

2-3+ years of customer service experience or a Bachelor's degree

Comfortable on phones & computers all day

Fast, accurate data entry (7,000+ KPH)

Strong attendance and reliability

Friendly, team‑first attitude

Bilingual is a plus (not required)

Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT. 100% remote.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
