Description
Shipping & Receiving Associate
Shift: Monday to Friday,
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against documentation
Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
Accurately label, store, and organize materials in designated locations
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to orders
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork and update inventory systems
Operate material handling equipment as required (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
