Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to collaborate with internal business partners to effectively review, analyze, and evaluate business needs. This role captures systems solution requirements that support overall business strategies. This position will serve as a high-level role supporting solutions across multiple projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams.
Leverage business analysis methodologies to evaluate and document business processes.
Map and analyze complex end-to-end business workflows and data flows.
Write user stories and support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.
Recommend and deliver new solutions or enhancements based on business requirements.
Develop and execute quality assurance test plans and document results.
Identify, research, and resolve issues proactively, communicating updates to business users.
Identify, pull, analyze, and summarize large amounts of data.
Work across organizational hierarchies and lead cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications

Experience:

Five or more years of business analysis or relevant work experience.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of Oracle HCM from a functional perspective.
Proficiency in documenting and mapping business processes and writing requirements.
Advanced proficiency with Excel.
Experience with SQL for data pulling.
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Business Analyst certification.
Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Project Management or Agile certification.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring office presence for approximately half of the month. The standard shift is normal business hours, 8 AM to 5 PM. Travel for this role is rare.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $62.00 per hour. Benefits may be available to eligible employees.
