Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Overview:
We recruit highly qualified healthcare professionals for the Army in all six AMEDD Corps:

Army Medical Specialist Corps
Dental Corps
Medical Corps
Medical Service Corps
Nurse Corps
Veterinary Corps
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and applying AMEDD regulations and requirements to ensure the effective recruitment of qualified medical professionals into the U.S. Army. A critical part of this responsibility includes a thorough understanding of the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) to effectively guide potential candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an AMEDD Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Army Medical Recruiting efforts by engaging with potential applicants interested in the various Medical Corps of the U.S. Army. Your key responsibilities include:

Reaching out to potential applicants, providing detailed information about opportunities within the Medical Corps and prequalifying them based on the criteria outlined in the contract.
Ensuring that all interactions and processes meet the SLA requirements as specified in the contract, maintaining high standards of service.
Understanding and staying updated on all AMEDD regulations, requirements, the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP), and mission contract needs, ensuring that your efforts align with the evolving standards and objectives of the recruiting mission.
Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the applicant process by providing immediate responses to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring no delays in communication.
Receiving and accurately distributing leads to the appropriate AMEDD recruiter, facilitating a seamless transition for applicants moving through the recruitment process.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of AMEDD's applicant pipeline, directly impacting the success of Army Medical Recruiting.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Call center experience preferred.
Must pass a background check.
Eligibility to obtain a Government Common Access Card (CAC).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in U.S. Army AMEDD recruiting is preferred.
Understanding of the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) is essential.
Veterans will receive preferential hiring consideration.
