McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce LLP is seeking a Client Sites Specialist to monitor and complete foreclosure-related processes on client platforms. This role acts as a liaison between clients, Foreclosure South Operations, and attorneys, ensuring compliance with client standards and timelines.
Role Overview
You will manage foreclosure files across client sites, update workflows, and respond to system messages. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in foreclosure processes and client systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and complete foreclosure-related tasks on client sites
Update foreclosure processes in internal and client systems
Manage files through all stages of foreclosure
Communicate with departments, clients, and staff professionally
Upload/download documents as required
Maintain accurate notes in internal and client systems
Attend monthly client performance calls
Monitor client loan portfolios and provide reporting
Candidate Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF
Experience with client sites (Tempo, BKFS/ICE, ADR, Clairfire, Vendorscape)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
Team player with results‑driven mindset
Experience working across multiple teams and states
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $20–$26 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location
Remote role, based in Roswell, GA.
