Salary: Up to $60,000/year (based on experience and licensure)
Recreation Director Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion
Credentials: MEPAP 1, ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor
Skills: Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
Recreation Director Responsibilities:
Create meaningful recreational programs
