Schedule
Flexible clinic hours to accommodate work‑life balance
Strong focus on clinic time with procedural opportunities available
No heavy call burden; emphasis on patient care quality
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary $130000 - $160,000 in Year 1, transitioning to collections‑based income
Production incentives and long‑term earning potential
Comprehensive benefits package including health and malpractice insurance
Generous PTO, CME allowance, and possible signing bonus
Candidate Requirements
Optometrist (OD) with residency training preferred
Open to both U.S. and international graduates
