Manager Global Retail Operations & Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and design processes simplification opportunities
Translate store and regional feedback into actionable improvement initiatives
Follow up continuous improvement roadmap & initiative pipeline
Support standardization efforts aligned with the Global Store Operations Playbook
Acts as a central coordination point to align with all supporting functions
Support digital adoption improvements in store operations (tools, workflows)
Establish and track service level agreements with the internal functions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Operational Excellence, Project Management, Internal Controls, and Continuous Improvement
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
Experience in reduction in process complexity
Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-market projects
Data-driven mindset with ability to prioritize based on business value and operational impact
Ability to adapt and be effective in fast-changing environments
Proficiency in M365 tools and basic analytical tools
Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong advantage but not a must.
