Acting as a strategic partner to commercial, medical, market‑access, and finance leadership, you will translate complex data into clear business direction. Accountabilities:
Defining the Europe Integrated Insights vision, operating model, and multi‑year roadmap aligned with global and regional priorities
Leading a matrixed insights team covering market research, forecasting, analytics, and performance intelligence
Building governance frameworks, research standards, and forecasting methodologies to ensure consistency and impact across markets
Owning the integrated insights agenda across brands, connecting research, data, and forecasting into actionable business narratives
Partnering with forecasting teams to develop demand models, scenarios, and performance narratives
Overseeing market research strategy and execution to ensure high‑quality, decision‑ready insights
Delivering advanced analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Driving cross‑functional alignment with commercial, medical, finance, and market‑access teams
Leading stakeholder forums and executive readouts to support data‑driven decision‑making
Improving tools, data ecosystems, and processes to scale insights delivery and automation
Tracking performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, insight adoption, and business impact
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in market research, forecasting, and/or commercial analytics, ideally within pharma or biotech
3+ years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional or matrixed teams
Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies, primary market research, and advanced analytics
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources and commercial measurement frameworks
Experience working across Europe or other multi‑country/regional structures
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic and commercial recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels
Experience with BI tools, Excel, and analytics platforms
Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, positioning, and customer journey analytics
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver executive‑level storytelling
