District Manager 2

Sodexo, New York, NY, United States

Role Overview
Step into a role where your leadership shapes the future of workplace dining at scale. Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking

District Manager

to oversee a portfolio of foodservice operations supporting a

high‑visibility global technology client

in New York City. This is a rare opportunity to lead in an environment that values innovation, creativity, and hospitality at the highest level.

As a District Manager, you will guide a team of talented operators who share your passion for exceptional food experiences and operational excellence. You’ll influence strategy, elevate service culture, and drive performance across multiple locations — all while partnering closely with a sophisticated client that expects best‑in‑class execution.

The ideal leader is both visionary and hands‑on: someone who can inspire high‑performing teams, cultivate trusted client relationships, and deliver food programs that are operationally strong, financially sound, and deeply guest‑centric. You bring proven success in multi‑site leadership and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments where hospitality and innovation intersect.

At Sodexo, our leaders embody our core values —

Spirit of Progress, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Service

— and bring them to life through collaboration, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

The locations you oversee are vibrant, high‑energy environments where food is a central part of culture, connection, and well‑being. Your leadership directly influences how people gather, collaborate, and feel at work.

You’ll partner with a sophisticated, future‑focused client.

This client expects best‑in‑class execution, embraces new ideas, and values leaders who bring strategic thinking, polished communication, and a hospitality‑first mindset.

You’ll lead a talented, diverse team across multiple sites.

This is your opportunity to build culture, elevate performance, and mentor the next generation of culinary and hospitality leaders.

You’ll have the freedom to innovate.

From new service models to elevated guest experiences to operational enhancements, your ideas will shape the next evolution of workplace dining.

You’ll operate at an executive level with real influence.
