Inside Sales Account Manager

ISC Sales is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive B2B industrial sales growth across HVAC, liquid filtration, compressed air, or static control product lines. This role primarily focuses on account management, pipeline development, quoting, and closing within a technical sales environment.
Ideal candidates have experience in inside sales, account management, industrial distribution, HVAC sales, OEM sales, or technical sales and are motivated by uncapped earnings and career growth.
Location: Onsite Addison, Texas
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a B2B account portfolio within a defined territory
Drive inside sales revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and existing account management
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (HubSpot CRM)
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Develop expertise in industrial products (HVAC, liquid filtration, compressed air, or static control for the division you are assigned)
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions
Achieve and exceed sales quota, margin targets, and KPIs
Qualifications:

Required:
1+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a sales pipeline
2-4 year undergraduate degree
Preferred:
Experience in industrial distribution, HVAC, manufacturing, or OEM sales
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Technical product sales experience

Gross margin performance
Pipeline generation and conversion rates
Customer retention and expansion
Compensation & Benefits:

On-Target Earnings: $100K+ after the first year
50/50 base + variable compensation structure for the first year
Commission payments are based on gross margin
