What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.**\*\* Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in Spanish.\*\***The Vice President of Organizational Development (OD) is a senior enterprise leader responsible for ensuring Pursuit has the structure, leadership capability, and organizational readiness required to execute its strategy. This role provides end-to-end leadership for organization design and development, including enterprise capability building and leadership development. The VP will oversee the OD function while personally completing the build of an in-house leadership development program and advance key initiatives already underway.Operating as both a strategic thought leader and hands-on practitioner, this leader shifts between setting enterprise direction and driving execution. They will personally design, build, and implement scalable systems, governance, and programs that perform across a global environment. Working in close partnership with senior executives and People team leaders, this role ensures the organization is positioned for sustained growth, scalability, and long-term success.**Leadership & Team Management*** Lead and mentor a growing OD team of two professionals responsible for leadership development, team engagement, and internal communications.* Foster collaboration and alignment across the People team to ensure integrated and high-impact organizational development strategies.* Build the capacity and capability of the OD function to meet evolving business needs.**Leadership Development*** Personally design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs and learning experiences for all levels of leadership, from emerging leaders to senior executives.* Assess current programs and identify opportunities to enhance leadership pipelines, strengthen management skills, and deepen leadership culture.* Introduce innovative, scalable learning solutions (e.g., workshops, cohort programs, coaching frameworks, and digital learning content).* Actively research and benchmark emerging trends in leadership skills development. Leverage insights for programming that scales across the enterprise**Organizational Design & Effectiveness*** Partner with business leaders to assess and design organizational structures that support growth, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.* Facilitate organization-wide initiatives related to workforce planning, change management, and culture evolution.* Represent OD in related enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, geographies (and cultures) and surfacing dependencies

and implications.* Provide strategic guidance and tools for leaders to improve team performance, collaboration, and engagement.**Facilitation & Engagement*** Facilitate a range of sessions across the organization, including leadership development programs, department summits, team effectiveness workshops, and other learning or engagement initiatives.* Design and lead high-impact meetings and retreats that strengthen connection, strategy alignment, and leadership capability.* Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, internal communication, and overall organizational health.**People Team Capability Development*** Build the People Team’s capability in training design and facilitation to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of learning and development experiences across the organization.* Coach and mentor team members to strengthen facilitation skills, adult learning techniques, and program delivery confidence.* Develop frameworks, tools, and shared resources to enable the broader People Team to effectively lead workshops, team sessions, and learning initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.**Strategic Collaboration*** Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expertise in change enablement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.* Partner with the SVP of People and People leaders to align OD strategies with overall talent and business goals.* Support the continued build-out and maturation of the internal People function through strategic planning, team development, and leadership influence.* Coach leaders and teams on effective change leadership practices to strengthen adaptability and sustain engagement during periods of transformation.## **REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).* Executive Coaching Certification a plus* 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, leadership development, or related areas, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.* Proven success guiding organizations through growth and / or transformation in fast paced, consumer facing environments* Proven experience designing and implementing leadership development programs and frameworks.* Demonstrated success in organizational design and enterprise change enablement.* Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable leading sessions across multiple organizational levels.* Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and communication skills.* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.**WORK ENVIRONMENT**This position will work closely with leaders and team members across departments, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day business partner responsibilities. This is an in-office position with a 3/2 hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and includes approximately 30–40% travel.
