Franchise Growth & Operations Leader

Workstream is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all franchise restaurant operations in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This role entails providing leadership to the franchise leadership team and executing strategic initiatives to achieve sales, profitability, and growth goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing priorities, excellent analytical skills, and experience in restaurant operations. The position requires both office and field work with approximately 50% travel.
