Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

Position Summary
The Full Stack Developer /Technical Lead provides senior technical leadership for all software development, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement activities of the Threat Library (Java/Dropwizard backend + Angular 2/TypeScript frontend).
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of monthly/quarterly releases and maintenance patches using Agile/SDLC and Gitlab/Docker/CI-CD practices.
Serve as alternate ISSO supporting RMF compliance and security testing.
Implement and prioritize enhancements in AI/ML capabilities, DevSecOps pipeline, Threat Roadmap visualization, COLISEUM/MEKS integration, APIs, etc.
Conduct code reviews, JUnit/Cypress testing, and ensure seamless integration with Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL RDS, and MEPED/MEKS data ingest.
Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain 24-hour outage resolution capability.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 8 years on classified networks.
Expert-level proficiency in Java, Dropwizard, Angular/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
IAT Level II certification (or higher).
Prior experience leading technical teams on similar intelligence web applications.
