Locationgermany, Germany# Salesforce Solution Architect at N Consulting LtdLocationgermany, GermanySalary£475 - £500 /yearJob TypeContractDate PostedApril 24th, 2026Apply NowSalesforce Solution Architect – Germany (German Speaker)**They can be based in or around Germany but will have to travel to the customer site at Friedrichshafen and Frankfurt once in a month or once in 2 months.**Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of professional experience.· 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.· Strong background in integration design, data migration strategies, and end-to-end solution architecture.· Domain experience in manufacturing industry, with ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.· Fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to work directly with local stakeholders in Germany.Responsibilities· Act as the Solution Architect for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment of business requirements with platform capabilities.· Present architecture options and recommendations, balancing configuration vs. customization.· Lead requirements grooming sessions with clients and translate business needs into solution designs and functional specifications.· Design and oversee end-to-end solutioning across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, including integrations with external systems.· Define and execute data migration plans from legacy systems into Salesforce, ensuring data quality and compliance.· Support design creation leveraging best practices and conduct architecture reviews with technical teams.· Design scalable solutions that can grow with business needs, ensuring performance, maintainability, and adaptability across complex processes.· Develop quick starts, POCs, and accelerators to validate solution approaches.· Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce configuration, flows, process automation, and AppExchange product adoption.· Contribute to pre-sales activities, estimations, and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions.· Stay current with Salesforce product releases and acquisitions, advising on new capabilities.· Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful delivery in Agile project environments.Preferred Certifications· Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.Key Skills· Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.· Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and IT teams.· Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints and capabilities.· Experience in designing scalable solutions for complex business processes in manufacturing and related industries.
