About the Role
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to combine technical skills with big picture thinking to develop Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environments. You will lead the design, development, and evolution of systems that support all‑domain training for Marines.
Responsibilities
As an Integration Engineer, you will create a persistent, network‑connected live‑virtual‑constructive training environment, merge software, hardware, and network capacities, design systems to meet customer requirements, and collaborate with Marine Corps units to support tactical‑level training.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with distributed modeling
5+ years of experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level or below
Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units in accomplishing tactical‑level training
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Leadership
Nice to Have
Experience as an Operations Officer or chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
Experience on General Officer Staff or Joint Command
Ability to coordinate with commands to develop support plans incorporating Marine Corps training systems
Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College or equivalent service level schools
Clearance Requirements
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $61,900.00 – $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The position also offers health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
