You’ll practice in a Level 1 trauma and 763‑bed academic medical center at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion Children’s Hospital, providing comprehensive care to a population of over one million across a large rural multi‑state region.
Manage complex trauma and hospital‑based cases
Collaborate across specialties
Contribute to an ACPA‑approved Cleft and Craniofacial Center
Work alongside specialists in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and prosthodontics
Teach, Mentor, and Influence the Next Generation
Through your academic appointment with

Teach and mentor General Practice residents
Engage with medical students and interdisciplinary learners

What You’ll Need
Completion of a CODA or CDAC‑accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the ABOMS
