Lead the Operations Engine Behind Every Shipment

Why This Role Matters
Filtrous promises labs speed, accuracy, and reliability. You're the person who makes that promise real. As our Warehouse Manager, you'll own the entire warehouse operation —from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping. You'll lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure that every product that leaves our facility meets the quality standards our customers expect. When Filtrous delivers on time and without errors, it's because your operation runs right.

What You'll Do

Own Inventory Management: Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures. Conduct regular audits, minimize discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts.

Run Day-to-Day Warehouse Operations: Oversee shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement best practices for warehouse processes to enhance efficiency. Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols.

Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Optimize Space and Storage: Plan and organize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization. Implement strategies to improve storage efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure proper conditions for temperature-sensitive products.

Drive Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards. Collaborate with the QA team to address issues and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Collaborate Across Departments: Liaise with sales, customer service, and leadership to ensure seamless communication. Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
