Key Responsibilities

Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team membersto achieve business goals

Oversee expense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to procedures

Establish new and preserve long-term customer relationships by cultivating andmaintainingrelationships with local healthcare providers and adhering to outreach expectations

Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modelingoptimalselling behaviors

Manage sell-through by monitoring product levels, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, and managing product receipts

Essential Qualifications

Possess in-depth retailexpertise

Have at least4-6years of experience managing a retail store as a store manager or relevant experience

Proventrack recordof consistentlymeeting or exceedingpersonal and overall store salestargets

Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L, budgeting, payroll, and retail KPIs

Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to work a40hourwork week
