IT Project Manager – GxP Validation & IoT Systems (Sunnyvale)

Description of Services

Extensive experience in IT project management and full SDLC delivery
Proven background working with GxP-validated systems within MedTech or Life Sciences environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
10+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex IT projects in enterprise environments
Lead end-to-end project management initiatives focused on quality and regulatory programs, ensuring strong alignment between business and technical teams
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery following established SDLC methodologies, including management of timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Proactively manage project plans, risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation
Develop and deliver clear, concise status reports, dashboards, and budget tracking using standard tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel)
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across IT and business teams, using strong communication and leadership skills to keep initiatives on track
Support projects within Life Sciences/MedTech environments, with a strong preference for experience in GxP-compliant systems
Work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA (3 days per week)

Key Deliverables

Develop and document process flows
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to client project team members
Act as primary, co-, or contributing author for all project deliverables within assigned areas
Support data conversion and ongoing data maintenance activities
Recommend best practices and industry-specific solutions
Advise on and propose alternative, innovative (“out-of-the-box”) solutions
Provide both strategic thought leadership and hands-on support, including technical configuration/development as needed
Collaborate as an active member of the functional project team
Perform additional duties as assigned
