What your future day will look like: Design and optimize product and product components
Plan testing procedures and studies
Offer guidance on material and process equipment selection
Conduct failure analysis to identify corrective actions
Develop and maintain product and engineering documentation
Work with the engineering leader to gain expertise on the product and process
Work with customers to interpret needs and develop specifications
Participate in continuous improvement activities

To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or another related subject
5+ years in an electrical design role within high-voltage power environments
