About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated

Office Administration Lead

who enjoys being hands-on and helping others do their best work. You’re comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep office operations running smoothly across our portfolio companies. You take pride in creating an environment where teams can stay focused on their most important work, and you enjoy engaging with employees and supporting a positive experience for everyone you interact with. For you, no task is too big or too small when it comes to helping people, teams, and businesses operate at their highest level.

What You'll Do
Manage office and facilities supplies, maintenance, and general upkeep - including ordering supplies, scheduling cleaning and maintenance vendors, and following up on completion and quality of vendor services
Handle and receive all inbound and outbound mail and packages, routing appropriately or otherwise alerting recipients
Assist with all portfolio physical locations in Ann Arbor, MI, including offices, restaurants, and rental properties
Greet and direct office visitors, customers and vendors
Follow up on office-related employee and management requests, ensuring timely completion of requests and communication back to requestors
Enter invoices into QuickBooks and maintain accurate digital filing systems. General support for financial operations by helping assist with billing and payment requests
Support special projects and day-to-day operational needs across multiple locations

Qualifications
2-5 years' experience working in a clerical or admin role for a commercial organization
Solid experience in a variety of operational tasks, preferably in a small company environment
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Motivated by the success and well-being of colleagues
Must be willing to work on-site in office a minimum of 4 days/wk in Ann Arbor
