Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering top-level service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC systems, mini splits, dual fuel systems)
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
Communicate findings clearly with customers and offer repair/replacement options
Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with heat pumps and gas furnaces required
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
