Job Overview
We are seeking two experienced
Technical Architects – Telecom/Network
to support critical network and telecommunications workstreams for a high-profile, large-scale program (LA28 Games). The ideal candidates will lead end-to-end architecture design and ensure a resilient, scalable, and secure telecommunications ecosystem across multiple venues and environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end technical architecture
across:
Wide Area Network (WAN)
Venue LAN/WLAN & structured cabling
Network hardware and equipment
Fixed and cloud-based IP telephony systems
Define and govern
High-Level Design (HLD)
and
Low-Level Design (LLD)
documentation
Ensure architecture aligns with:
High availability & redundancy
Security and compliance standards
Scalability and flexibility
Standardization across environments
Design and oversee:
WAN backbone connectivity
In-venue LAN/WLAN infrastructure
Network equipment standardization
Cloud-based telephony solutions
Ensure
seamless integration and interoperability
across all telecom
etwork layers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Operate effectively in a
fast-paced, high-visibility program environment
Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple service streams
Required Qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in
telecom
etwork architecture
Strong expertise in:
Enterprise network design (WAN, LAN, WLAN)
Network infrastructure & service integration
IP telephony and unified communications
Proven experience working in
complex, multi-vendor environments
Strong understanding of:
Network security principles
High availability and redundancy design
Scalable architecture frameworks
Experience creating and reviewing
HLD/LLD documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
large-scale events , stadiums, or multi-site deployments
Exposure to
Olympics, large sporting events, or similar global programs
Familiarity with cloud networking and modern telecom solutions
