Anchor customer already in motion
We’re looking for a
Head of Growth & Operations / Chief of Staff
to sit next to the CEO and turn momentum into scale.
You’ll own:
→ GTM + early revenue motion
→ Strategic partnerships (EU + hyperscale)
→ Recruiting + company build
→ Fundraising support + investor narrative
→ Internal ops + execution cadence
One week you’re helping close a customer.
The next you’re solving a hiring bottleneck or driving a board narrative.
