What You’ll Do:
Lead all kitchen and culinary operations for the account
Create and execute high-quality menus and dining experiences
Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and budgeting
Develop, train, and inspire culinary team members
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
Drive innovation and elevate the overall dining program
What We’re Looking For:
Executive Chef or strong Sous Chef leadership experience
High-volume foodservice or healthcare dining experience preferred
Passion for food quality, presentation, and team development
Strong financial and operational acumen
ServSafe certification preferred
