$23.41-24.08/hr
Core Responsibilities
Partner onboarding
Monthly partner outreach and reporting follow‑ups (varied formats)
Tracking contract value and agreement terms
Identifying missing partner hygiene markers
Direct partner engagement via email and occasional phone calls
Must Haves
Hands‑on experience working with ISV / technology partners
Strong organization, follow‑through, and relationship coordination skills
High ownership, humility, and attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive operational work
Business acumen and customer‑facing communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Willing to engage partners by phone when needed
Nice‑to‑Haves
Ticketing systems
Asana or similar work management tools
