A well-established wealth management and family office platform is seeking a Client Advisory Associate to support senior advisors serving ultra-high-net-worth families. This role offers broad exposure to client service, investments, and planning execution in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare materials for client meetings and participate in meetings and follow-ups
Track and execute client-approved action items, including investment documentation
Review quarterly reporting and participate in client review calls
Support asset allocation, investment, and wealth transfer planning initiatives
Coordinate with external tax, legal, and advisory partners
Assist with business development materials and internal projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, financial planning, tax, or investment roles
