About the Role
this role is with team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that serve multiple lines of business across the company. The Software Engineer will contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and partner closely with product, architecture, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dataverse
solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business requirements.
Build and support
custom CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations
using
.NET / C#
Customize and extend Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in application modernization efforts, including remediation of legacy customizations toward out‐of‐the‐box and platform‐aligned capabilities (e.g., PCF where applicable)
Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with Wells Fargo
architecture, security, and risk management standards
Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release activities using enterprise-approved tools (e.g., Git)
Participate in code reviews, defect remediation, and production support
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo policies related to
information security, data privacy, and SDLC governance
