Location:
Hybrid schedule on-site 1-2x per week in brand’s corporate office located in Culver City, CA. The hiring manager would consider fully remote for the right candidate.
Hours:
Part time, 30-35 hours per week during standard business hours
Role Purpose :
Execute and manage visual merchandising updates and support Global Creative timelines to enhance brand presence and customer experience, while adhering to budget allocation and cost optimization.
Scope of Role:
Member of the Global Creative Team (strategic), and responsible for NA VM execution (tactics) and partnership with EMEA, LatAm and APAC regions. Collaborate closely with Product Development, Commercial, Digital Marketing, finance, the RDDC, retail partners and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement innovative visual merchandising concepts in retail environments
Manage timelines and logistics for visual merchandising rollouts, in partnership with Creative Operations timelines to ensure on time delivery of artwork and assets.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and reviews with internal creative, marketing, and commercial teams, retail partners and external vendors for optimal execution.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of visual displays.
Create a digital archive of visual displays for reference and vendor capabilities.
Serve as brand representative and develop relationships with external vendors.
Manage quotes, POs and invoices for VM vendors.
Support Global Creative Department calendar and finances
Responsible for calendar scheduling and coordination of VP of Global Creative Director, including day to day operations, meeting support, and being a liaison between executive, the corporate office, and outside vendors.
