What's In Store For You:
Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
Hybrid work model based in Jersey City, NJ
Opportunity to work on high-impact regulatory initiatives tied to CCAR and FRY-14 reporting
Exposure to cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, and Technology leadership
Involvement in enterprise data governance and transformation initiatives
How You Will Make An Impact:
Lead business analysis efforts supporting CCAR (FRY-14Q & FRY-14A) regulatory reporting requirements
Translate complex regulatory requirements into structured business and functional specifications
Partner with data providers and system owners to identify data sources, perform gap analysis, and define data lineage
Develop and document data mappings, business rules, and reporting logic using tools like Axiom
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and fit-for-purpose assessments to ensure reporting accuracy
Support UAT, testing cycles, and production deployment for regulatory reporting automation
Collaborate with Data Management teams to strengthen governance, traceability, and attestation processes
Are you a proven regulatory business analysis professional in banking data and reporting?
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within large financial institutions
Strong expertise in CCAR, FRY-14Q, and FRY-14A regulatory reporting frameworks
Deep understanding of data attributes, data lineage, and data governance principles
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Hands-on experience with data mapping, gap analysis, and reconciliation processes
Familiarity with Axiom or similar regulatory reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Technology, and Data teams
Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
