Head of Term Trading
to build out a new desk . This is a rare opportunity to lead strategy, execution, and team-building with full ownership of PnL.

Manage risk frameworks and capital allocation.
Track market and regulatory developments.
Candidate Profile
5–10+ years in power or energy trading; strong term/forward market track record.
Deep knowledge of forward contracts, hedging, and market fundamentals.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach; comfortable building from scratch.
Leadership experience, strong quantitative and strategic skills.
