We're looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager in San Antonio, TX with previous auto finance sales rep experience to help us grow our footprint in this exciting new market.
Responsibilities
Grow our dealer network, capture funded deals, and maintain strong working relationships with independent and franchise dealerships
Sign up and onboard new auto dealerships
Capture and convert approved deals into funded contracts
Follow up on pending stipulations and title documents
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with dealer partners
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and funding goals
Represent California Auto Finance with professionalism and urgency
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
1+ years of experience in subprime auto finance required
Strong sales personality with excellent persuasion and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Must have reliable transportation for field visits
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required

Base salary: $60,000/year
