Listen actively and respond to patient concerns with empathy and patience
Document all call interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
Follow company call scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
Meet daily call handling targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching sessions
