Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Outbound department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $21.50-$22.50

Shift: Multiple shift options available 6am-6pm, Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am, Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday 6pm-6am, Friday-Sunday

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick and load finished goods for shipment in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Dispatch to identify available dock doors and support trailer loading
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning devices to ensure accurate trailer loading and inventory management
• Complete trailer paperwork and deliver documentation to Dispatch for driver release

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required (must have document to show completion)
• Must have valid drivers license
• At least 6 months of prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is required
• Prior forklift experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices (e.g., Zebra RF scanners)
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required
