About the Role
Heal The Earth is seeking a multi-talented star that will excel at event planning, relationship building, internal operations and building a robust social media platform. This person will be responsible for community outreach by cultivating donors, securing corporate sponsorships, and leading high-impact fundraising/friendraising events. They will take our social media campaigns to the next level. They will work within the collaborative environment that is Heal the Earth and support the team and CEO in making sure the day to day operations run efficiently.
You Are:
● Able to develop and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, sponsors and internal teams to achieve seamless coordination
● Able to plan, organize, and execute events of various scales; from concept through completion, ensuring all details align with objectives, budget, and brand.
● Skilled in preparing and tracking event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective outcomes.
● Able to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers to stay on budget without compromising quality
● Skilled in developing engaging, brand-aligned posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
● Able to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
● A strong writer and editor, with a focus on tone, clarity, and brand voice consistency.
● Experienced in audience engagement, responding to comments/messages, and fostering positive online communities.
● Able to provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, and scheduling
● Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
● Detail oriented and meticulous in your approach to correspondence, documentation, and task execution.
● Able to manage projects, track deliverables, and support cross-departmental initiatives.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
● Driving all fundraising initiatives, including donor cultivation, sponsorships, annual giving, and events.
● Leading the planning and execution of signature fundraising events.
● Leading the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
● Handling scheduling, communications, and general administrative duties to support executive and team functions.
● Supervising (as we scale) staff and volunteers to build a collaborative, accountable culture.
