Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

? Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

? Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements

? Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance

? Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications

? Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards

? Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

? Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus

? The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

? A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
