PR Supervisor Job at Knak Digital in Baltimore
Knak Digital, Baltimore, MD, United States
PR Supervisor
Baltimore (Hybrid)
You don't just pitch, you land coverage. You don't just advise, you earn trust. If you're the kind of PR pro who thrives on building strategy AND doing the work, this one's worth a look.
What You Will Do
Own the PR strategy for a portfolio of clients across media, retail, healthcare, and hospitality. That means leading media relations, writing compelling pitches and press materials, coaching spokespeople, and connecting PR performance to real business outcomes. You'll also mentor junior team members and partner cross-functionally with paid, social, and account teams.
This isn't a "manage the agency" role. You're in it.
What You Bring
7-10+ years of PR experience, agency side preferred
A track record of securing national, regional, and trade coverage
Strong writing chops across press releases, bylines, thought leadership, and talking points
Experience prepping spokespeople for media appearances
Comfort working in Monday.com, MuckRack, Cision, and Google Suite
Ability to analyze results and translate them into actionable client recommendations
B2B, building products, or DC
onprofit PR experience is a plus
The Setup
Hybrid long term, casual culture, annual team events, health/dental, and 401k. Occasional after-hours availability and minimal travel (under 10%) required.
Compensation
$90,000 per year
