Fulfillment Team Member
As a Fulfillment Team Member, you will play a critical role in the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. Working under the guidance of the Fulfillment Team Lead, your contributions will support our commitment to quality and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving operational success and cost-effectiveness.
Available Shifts and Pay Rates:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Pay: $18.50/hr.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Pay: $20.35/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble product kits accurately according to work orders, ensuring completeness and quality.
- Pick items from inventory following detailed instructions to meet order specifications.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to minimize damage during shipping.
- Prepare shipments, including proper labeling and documentation, to ensure smooth distribution processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overages.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to understand daily priorities and contribute to meeting production targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, kits, and shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required, with familiarity in inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
- Forklift certification or experience is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proven ability to follow written and verbal instructions and handle documentation efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills to address structured and unstructured challenges.
- Ability to stand, walk, and manually handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
