Off-Shift Supervisor

Summary Description:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Supervisor to oversee the off-shift manufacturing of our Yarn Spinning Operation. You will be responsible for managing and directing production activities and ensuring all production needs and quality of output.
Must have ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance and demonstrate good decision making and problem solving skills with the goal to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets the companies and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
•    Effectively manage and lead employees to meet daily production, quality and safety goals.
•    Communicate important information to all employees to ensure the flow of materials/product and to make sure employees possess the information needed to successfully perform their job duties.
•    Attain working knowledge of our manufacturing process and related equipment, machinery and system, including proper setup of the equipment.
•    Maintain conformance with company policies, rules and procedures.
•    Take appropriate coaching, counseling and corrective action when necessary with nonconforming employees.
•    Manage time and attendance for all direct employees.
