Your role in our mission
Design, develop, customize, test, document, support and maintain Web sites build on .NET framework according to business needs.
Work with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Support the hosting of the website in AWS cloud environment both in Windows and Linux OS.
Write unit tests and integration tests for customizations.
Deploy customizations to test and production environments and familiarity on SQL and MySQL data bases.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve system‑level issues related to operating systems, networking, storage, permissions, and performance
Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities through system hardening, patch management, vulnerability scans, and configuration reviews
Monitor system health, capacity, and availability; proactively investigate recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
Participate in incident response and post‑incident root cause analysis for infrastructure and security‑related events
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for supported systems
Collaborate with developers, security teams, and IT stakeholders to support stable, secure, and reliable infrastructure operations
Escalate complex or high‑risk issues appropriately while owning resolution for standard operational tasks

SQL Server Database
AWS Cloud computing
Desired experience:
Compliance (ADA, 508 and WCAG)
Healthcare and /government/state IT projects
Developing Power Automate to support backend jobs and ETL jobs
What you should expect in this role
100% telecommute role - anywhere in the USA. Must work core hours - typically 8am-5pm Pacific time.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
