Key Responsibility
At Fleming’s, your primary responsibility is creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will greet incoming and departing Guests with a welcoming manner, be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk. You should exemplify Fleming’s warmth and hospitality by putting Guests at ease during a wait, answering phones, and directing calls promptly and professionally.
Experience
Minimum one year of previous experience in customer service
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
