Program Sr. Director
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Sr. Director to lead the execution of a Task Order in support of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). As the designated Key Personnel for program leadership, you will have the organizational authority to manage all technical, administrative, and business processes. You will serve as the primary interface with the Government, ensuring the optimal use of resources and subcontractors to achieve national counterterrorism objectives. You will provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership for the execution of a > $100M annual revenue program. You will be responsible for overall quality and efficiency, including technical and business processes, and serves as the primary point of contact for the Government.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Authority: Exercise full authority to commit the contractor's organization and make decisive actions in response to Government issues, concerns, and requirements.
Strategic Oversight: Oversee the assignment of tasks to contractor personnel and provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts across DI, DII, and DOS directorates.
Quality Assurance & Efficiency: Ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Task Order, ensuring all technical and business processes meet or exceed requirements.
Proactive Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government; proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues while remaining readily available for feedback.
Resource Management: Manage overall TO performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources, including the integration and management of subcontractors.
Required Skills
US citizenship required.
Active Clearance: Must possess a current ODNI ISSA/TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity.
Certification: Must hold at least one (1) of the following active certifications:
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
DAWIA Level III Program Management certification.
FAC-P/PM Level 3 certification.
Desired Skills
Education: Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
Relevant Context: Prior experience supporting the ODNI or NCTC at Liberty Crossing is highly desirable.
